Jo Starkey is a Sussex based contemporary textile artist, specialising in silk painting. She incorporates different mediums into the paintings, such as acrylics, metallic paints, pastels, pencil crayon and some of her designs also feature a batik effect. The originals are all mounted on wood to create a wall hanging so they do not need framing.
Jo also produces a range of more informal paintings, featuring quirky animals designs, which are perfect for children's rooms or just brightening up any room in the house.
